I bought the genuine Toyota illumination kit from Japan via Greenline Motorsports and installed it on my GR Yaris on the 6th February 2021. The installation video is uploaded on YouTube and the Japanese installation instructions are uploaded below. The part number for this kit is 0852B-52190.
