COMPETITION AND CONSUMER ACT

DELIVERY OF GOODS

Physical goods may be delivered by Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies. Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. International shipping quotes will be provided upon request. Domestic delivery may take up to 2 weeks, international delivery may take longer depending on the delivery option. International delivered goods may be subject to customs duties or taxes when they reach your country, please consult your border authority for more information as we are not responsible for payment of any fees. Every effort is made to ensure goods are packaged well enough to avoid shipping damage. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at our discretion. Contact us in the first instance should goods arrive Dead On Arrival (DOA) or damaged, as goods will always be shipped insured to their full value. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the delivery company directly and we are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. Goods marked and sold as pre-orders have unknown delivery dates however can be cancelled and refunded in full by contacting us.

Digital goods are delivered online via a download link. The download link will remain active for 24 hours and you must contact us to resend the link if you are unable to claim your download within this time frame. We are not responsible for any malicious viruses that may attack your computer by accessing the download link.

GOODS AND SERVICES TAX (GST)

We are not currently registered for GST in Australia therefore no GST will be charged to Australian buyers. All prices on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

WARRANTY

We do not offer any warranty on used goods sold via our online shop. We do not knowingly sell faulty/dangerous goods and you are responsible to have items electrically safety tested before being used. Goods manufactured by us and sold in new condition are warranted against workmanship for a period of 6 months (unless explicitly stated otherwise) from the delivery date. Individual components used in assemblies may have longer manufacturer warranties and in any case of product failure, contact us in the first instance. Electrical goods manufactured by us are wired to Australian wiring standards and are safety tested before being shipped to you.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We handle returns and process refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.

Should you wish to return your product order, please notify us within 14 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Undamaged goods will be refunded in full, less a 20% restocking fee. All return shipping costs (including any export/import fees) are bearable by you and it is your responsibility to ship the goods insured to their full value. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. All refunds are made at our discretion.

No refunds will be offered for services or digitally downloaded products.
